- Open your Norton Internet Security and click Settings at the top.
- Select Antivirus and SONAR Exclusions from the menu at the left.
- Click Configure next to “Items to Exclude from Scans.”
- Click the Add button.
- Select Folder from the dropdown.
- Click the button shown below to open Windows Explorer.
- Select the Quikscribe folder and click OK.
- Click OK.
- Click Apply.
- Do the same steps for Items to Exclude from Auto-Protect SONAR and Download Intelligence Detection.
- Once done, click Apply.
- And click OK.
