You may use the Field Name Settings tab in the QSR Profile Editor to modify the Settings of the QSR Global Template file recorder.pft
This panel allows you to modify the labels associated with the four data input fields:
So if the following custom field names are Enabled and defined, then the QS Recorder display will show the custom field names instead of the standard names of Subject, Matter No, Doc Name and Doc Type.
