Quikscribe Player Enhancements
“Notification Options” has been moved to the “Display Options” tab in Settings.
The “Flash File Monitor icon” setting is a new feature, and when activated, will engage the File Monitor icon in the Windows task bar to flash on and off as a signal that a new file is waiting to be transcribed.
The “Stop blinking if file is already open” setting will halt the blinking File Monitor icon if you are currently working on an open file.

Timestamp Function:
There is a new feature to define the format of the Timestamp function. This is used for inserting a timestamp into your document, and allows you to define the format for the timestamp. This is also found under the “Display Options” tab in Settings. Use the syntax shown below for the Prefix and Suffix definitions, including “(space)” where desired and the parentheses brackets { } to enclose the desired prefix or suffix for the timestamp.
