In order to change Date/Time Required or mark an audio file as Required:
1. Click the folder from your Typing Queue.
2. Select the file to edit from the list and double-click it using your mouse.
3. In the File Properties window, update the Date/Required section as shown below. You can also mark it as Urgent by ticking the box next to “Urgent.”
4. Click Save.
5. You will be taken back to the files list, and you will notice that the color might change depending on how soon the file is due.
