In order to change file completion instructions:
1. Select the transcription folder from the typing queue.
2. Double-click the file using your mouse to open the File Properties window.
3. In the File Properties window, go to Author tab.
4. Set-up the File Completion instructions:
A. Print out in completion – this will automatically print the transcribed file upon completion.
B. Archive Audio – this will automatically move the file to the Archive folder.
C. Select from the Notification dropdown menu: No Notification, Call Author or Call Secretary.
5. Click Save.
