The Refresh Time allows the file status to update periodically. Lower refresh times increase network traffic, so please select a higher time to reduce network traffic. You could start with 10 minutes. Then adjust the time if you notice increased or decreased network traffic. Do the following to set the Refresh Time.
- Click File Monitor Settings.
- Select Refresh Time.
- Click the pull down arrow.
- Select 10 minutes.
