- Open your Trend Micro Internet Security and click the Settings icon as shown below.
- Click Exception Lists from the menu at the left.
- Click Programs/folders in the sub-menu list.
- Click the Add button.
- Click Browse.
- Browse to Quikscribe program files, and select Quikscribe Recorder/Player applications. C:\Program Files (x86)\Quikscribe or C:\Program Files\Quikscribe – all programs/applications inside Quikscribe Player/Quikscribe Recorder folder have to be added.
- Click Apply button.
- Click OK.
